I've tried it out on several of my mcpe worlds. When using tnt it has no effect on the dirt it is placed on. The trees around the tnt do get blown up but that it. On 1 world I did notice that the blocks underneath the first layer of dirt were effected. This happened thought out that world but the rest just had no tnt effect at all
