New potion textures are too bright

      The new potion textures changed the color value applied for all of the liquids. This makes them way brighter than their respective particles, which looks really odd.

      Observed results:
      The liquids look brighter than the particles.

      Expected results:
      The liquids have the same color tones as the particles.
