Withers don't properly rotate heads as they are facing somewhere. It is possibly for a wither to rotate their heads too much that they can face their heads backwards while their body is not facing on where the heads are facing.
Observed Results
Withers are not rotating heads and body properly and the heads can face backwards while the body is not following the heads
Expected Results
Withers should properly rotate heads and body and the heads shouldn't face backwards and the body should follow the heads on where the direction the wither is looking
