Shulkers, chickens and parrots animations are not smooth

      Animations for the shulkers and parrots are not smooth. It looks very clunky. For shulkers, the open/closing animations for their shells can be compared to a shulker box animation. Chickens and parrots flapping animations are missing 1 frame, this can be confirmed on the Java Edition.
