if i create a mobile hotspot and enter a game not only will nobody be able to join but "multiplayer game" will be off and grayed out i found a workaround that is to join a wifi network when you are entering the world as to have the "multiplayer game" option turned on and than create the hotspot after that it seems like everyone can join fine until i exit and enter back into the world (and yes i do have "use cellular data" ticked on in settings) i dont know when it started but i remember for sure it didnt affect 1.2.16 (the 2 attached screenshots show the multiplayer tab in game when connected to wifi and when connected to cellular with hotspot enabled without changing any game settings at all between the screenshots (other than reloading the world))
