I did some play-testing and I found out that you can fish in waterlogged blocks.
What I expected to happen was:
Nothing would happen, just a fishing bobber stuck to the chest.
What actually happened was:
The fishing bobber stopped before it got to the chest and started bobbing up and down like normal fishing and eventually I've caught a fish (pufferfish). (This can be done from the side of waterlogged blocks as well.)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place any transparent block that can be waterlogged.
2. Waterlogg it.
3. Try to fish in it.
