This happens during raids, and I don't know exactly how it happens so I won't be able to give you steps to reproduce.

Expected results:
The ravager always hits the player when it gets close.

Observed results:
Raids sometimes spawn a glitched ravager that can't hurt the player, it gets close and tries to butt its head towards the target over and over again, playing the same sound and not dealing any damage.
