.....NOT AN ISSUE.. A PILLAGER PATROL SPAWNED SHORTLY AFTER I REPORTED THIS.. I DONT KNOW HOW TO DELETE THIS REPORT....Pillager patrols not spawing.. I've test it in an infinite world and flat map. Outside and in villages and pillager patrols are not spawning. They spared frequently before 1.11.0.5 beta
