When a world with a skeleton horse is converted to Bedrock Edition, its health is set to 9 hearts instead of the randomly assigned amount from Console Edition.

To Reproduce

Spawn skeleton horses on Console Edition until you find one whose health is at least 11 hearts. Convert the world to Bedrock Edition, and its health will have been reduced to the lowest possible.
