Multiplayer doesn't work on my Android, nobody can join and i can't invite (even with XBL)

      I'm signed into xbox live, i have wifi on and i try to have my friends join my world but it never showed up for them and when i checked the multiplayer toggle it was off but when i exit the world, itsi still on
