Upon giving yourself the Bad Omen affect and entering a village. The bell rings once and the boss bar fills normally. But once filled, the boss bar empties, no illagers spawn, and the bell is repeatedly  spammed. Breaking the bell does not fix this issue but reloading the world does.

This also occurs even if no bell is present.

The Boss bar also only renders if the player is right next to the meeting point

And even when this bell spamming is occurring, villagers go along with their daily lives.
