Inventory Lag after exploring End.

      I have been on my world for a while now and everything was fine however when i defeated the Ender Dragon and explored the End Cities I have had a lot of inventory lag and it can take up to 5 seconds to open the inventory however this is not the case with chests or tables they are fine but when I try to open my inventory it freezes for about 4-5 seconds.

      I am playing on Beta 1.11.0.3 Xbox One.
