Steps to reproduce:

1. Be in creative mode;
2. Place a cauldron;
3. Put water in it.

What should happen:
The player doesn't get anything from that, since they're in creative mode.

What actually happens:
The player gets an empty bucket when putting the water in, even though they're in creative mode.
