Its say all village chest now has loot, but i have checked that some of chest still empty.
Some of them even always empty, which previously have loot. They are

• plains_large_house
• plains_medium_house
• plains_tannery
• plains_weaponsmith
  Previously, there was loot in their chest, but now its empty.
  Only if experimental gameplay turned on.
  When experiemental turned off, plains village chest generate loot normally
