Right now on the Xbox one if you go into the end and throw an ender pearl through the portal that takes you to the infinite area with the ship(s) the game will glitch and you will be trapped in a world between coordinates 12, -12 and 0. if you throw another ender pearl in that moment the game may fix itself. BUT if you save an exit during the glitch you can no longer reenter the world. SERIOUS PROBLEM. I tried it on my creative world; it happens EVERY TIME on xbox one. 

When trying to reenter world the loading bar is maxed out but it cannot locate/spawn you in. So it just remains on the loading screen forever.
