Provided is a Screenshot of what Blue concrete should be when viewed by another player and what actually appears.  It seems to also affect other concrete blocks as well. At 1st I thought this was a bug on my end so I asked them and they also said they see the issue.

As shown both players have the same color however this also appears with other concrete colors as well.
