Pandas seem to be incorrectly rotated 90 degrees with the Nightmare Before Christmas resource pack.  Their heads are always stuck in the ground.  When eating bamboo, they do orient themselves correctly until the animation completes.

I realize this is possibly a resource pack issue and not the base game but I could not find a better place to report this.
