This following bug have been chasing me through 3 different worlds I have created and finished, and it annoys me a lot. When I have too many enchantments in my inventory the crafting menu and inventory menu starts to lag. The more enchantments you have the worst the lag becomes. I at first didn't know where the lag coming from, I thought it was because of skulker boxes, but after a while I noticed it was because of the enchanted books and items.
