Currently therre are 2 people on my world both on Bedrock Windows 10.

We are currently in the nether as mobs don't seem to be refreshing anyways we have decided to take hands in to our own matter. Currently I am in the Nether trying to kill wither skellingtons and my friend is in the over world. Every now and then the mobs stop spawning. In both worlds. Despite putting this on peeceful and normal mode they do not spawn until the world has been restarted.
