Recently, the 1.9 update arrived across bedrock edition compatible devices. However, it has come to my attention that the particle effects do no longer function properly if at all. I'm not sure if this is to do with files on the game or with something else but one thing is sure,the bug is here since the 1.9 update for in the 1.8 updates, the "/particle" command worked fine.
