Killed Endermen after killing Dragon in the End, prior to new update (1.8.1).

Had no issues using end gateways. Now when an eye is thrown it ports into the space of the gateway block and not the gateway. Cannot collect items to use another ender eye.

Tried logging out and back in and game will no longer load.

difficulty: hard / survival (achievements active).
