I had a flat world as a testing world, with lots of redstone builds and stuff, but when I went back onto the world, I spawned up in the air at (0, 0), and everything in my world had been deleted, and it was like I was just loading up a completely new flat world.

I’m not sure what version the world was originally loaded in, but V1.8.1 was the version in which this happened.

I was also had a pretty poor internet connection at the time when I opened it and everything was gone, and I was using an Xbox live account, but it was saved on my device, so I don’t see how that would be a problem.

I made several copies of this world once I realised everything was deleted, but all of them were just a blank, flat world. I even loaded one of them for the first time, in 1.9 as soon as it came out, but nothing changed.

In my opinion this is a serious issue, because I lost hours upon hours of work, and I’m sure other people have had similar problems (and will continue to unless this is fixed). I know this is probably just a software bug or something, but it’s still VERY frustrating.
