When I try to access the servers, the following message appears: "Your Xbox Live settings do not allow multiplayer games. Check your private & online safety settings on Xbox.com to make sure you have Xbox Live Gold and that your settings allow multiplayer." But my settings let you enter multiplayer mode. It came to work once in October 2018 for approximately 5 days and now, in February 2019, for another 5 days.
Also the Realms also do not work, they were only available for free trial for 30 days in the same period that the servers became available (note that I never used the 30 free days of Realms). Here the following message is displayed: "You cannot play on Realms because of how your Xbox Live account is set up. This can be settings on Xbox.com."
Note: On none of these occasions have I changed my settings online, they have remained the same all the time.
