In a Spruce Forest Village, trapdoors are supposed to spawn. The trapdoors spawned, but were in an incorrect orientation, and, in fact, had to be broken and replaced to even be put in the correct orientation (I confirmed this by looking for another village of the kind, and it was correctly placed). If it helps:

--The village overlaps with an extreme hills biome

--All of the trapdoors were generated in the same orientation

--Different parts of the village were chopped off due to world generation

      --"Use Experimental Gameplay" is enabled

--"Mob Spawning" and "Mob Griefing" are disabled

           --No villagers spawned

--"Random Tick Speed" is set to "1"

EDIT: To quickly add to this, in a separate village I discovered that there was a campfire floating.
