Skin purchases made through the store do not get processed. Also, the store does not load completely. Initially, every time when we connect to the store, we get the "unable to connect to the store" message and a prompt to check our internet connection (screen shot IMG_0570.png). After a few seconds however, the message goes away and the store loads almost completely but not entirely (screen shot IMG-0571.png). When we try to purchase skin packs, they just keep loading but aren't available for purchase most of the time (screen shot IMG_0572.png). When they do become available (randomly), and we go through the purchase process, the transaction seems to go through but does not get completed, the purchase screen just "hangs" forever as if it is loading but even after several hours of waiting, nothing happens and we are forced to close the app and re-start the app but never able to complete the purchase. We are using an xbox live account. The same results happen whether we are logged in with that account or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
