I can't spawn many mobs Using the're spawn egg (many spawnegg work like xp_orb spawn egg work but they don't spawn using a spawner how ever some spawn eggs doesn't even work) 

Ex:

area_effect_cloud [damage:95] doesn't work with spawn egg or spawner

tnt [damage:65] work with spawn egg, doesn't work with spawner

Although there are some of them who works with the spawn eggs and the spawner like:

minecart, damage:(84)

armor_stand, damage:(61)

tripod_camera, damage:(62)

most does work with the spawner:

,thrown_trident

,fireworks_rocket

,xp_bottle

,shulker_bullet

,dragon_fireball

,large_fireball

,evocation_fang
