When I'm riding a horse after every 4 minutes at minimum the game glitches to get a complete invisible barrier where I cant go over when there is no barrier blocks it's regular survival and when I jump off the horse if it goes that close it will shake and become glitched till I reopen the world, its kind of frustrating and scary it can make other weird glitches happen. And if the barrier comes in a lake or ocean no matter what I can jump to the shore at all.
