The first three screenshots show that during a short ride on a horse, you can find an invisible wall that does not let in through what movements and is not even exposed to an explosion.

in the last two screenshots from this place I flew off to 150 blocks, when I returned to this place it was already all normal, all the blocks that were supposed to explode, exploded and the water flowed as it should.
To activate this bug, you need to mount the horse or the skeleton's horse and go forward about 150 blocks after that an invisible wall appears that doesn’t let anything through itself. To turn off this bug
