If you were to walk In a world between 100 and 1000 blocks the world will create an invisible boarder. I will have to reset the world in order to remove the boarder. I am not sure that is it because my world is imported from the old Xbox one edition or what.

When the boarder is there you are unable to place any blocks or break any blocks either. Only if you walk away from it then it will let you place and break blocks. This bug is extremely anying especially if you are adventuruing. I tested that this never happened in the Xbox one edition of Minecraft.
