I travel for a while and I find a invisible wall, I jump and wait but it doesn't go away. Then, when I try to back up, a wall sometimes appears behind me. This isn't a one time glitch, this has happened to me multiple times. I will log out then back in, and most of the time it fixes itself, except for the the time a creeper blew up my horse.
