When playing a local world via a LAN connection with two local Windows 10 PC's, the second PC is unable to join the world if they already have the game open before the first (host) PC launches the world.
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch Minecraft on both PC's - PC #1 and PC #2.
- Launch a world on PC #1.
- Once the world has been launched on PC #1, try to join the world with PC #2.
-> At this point, the world will be listed under "Joinable Friends".
-> Notably, there is a XBL logo (as shown in the attachment with a green arrow) at this point.
-> When the game tries to load the world, it'll abort pretty quick with "Unable to connect to world" message.
To fix this, PC #2 has to restart the Minecraft client (or open it after the world is already running). At this point, the XBL logo won't be displayed as in the attachment, and PC #2 can join the world successfully.
