What happened:
When exiting a world on top of scaffolding, then re-entering the world, the player teleports to the world spawn point, but at the same Y-level, resulting in suffocation or fall damage.
Expected results:
When exiting the world, then re-entering, the player should stay on top of the scaffolding.
