So, I used the following command:

' /particle minecraft:mobflame_emitter ~ ~ ~ '

After I used this commands, I realised it started to go on for a while. Then, I noticed it is a particle that lasts forever. I don't know if it is a bug but I guess so...

It is really affecting the experience of mine in my own realm... 

P.S: If it isn't a bug, please make it so we can /kill @e[type=particle_effect] ! Thank you!
