When I take the portal in the End to come back to the overworld, I go back to the spawn point instead to my bed that I slept in before going in the End. And I didn't sleep in another bed and break it between. It happens once for now. And at the spawn point I am back in the sky so I fall down but I didn't die because I could manage to go in the water.
