      Summary:
If the player runs the kill command while sleeping in a bed, they wake up in a dead state, either invisible, or in a lying down position and tinted red, but still able to run around and play the game. They are are immune to further damage though.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Create a new world
      2. Set the difficulty to Peaceful
      3. Place a bed
      4. Change to Survival
      5. Set the time to night
      6. Sleep in the bed
      7. Type in chat "/kill"

      Observed Results:
The player is killed, but also 'wakes up' after sleeping in a semi dead state, able to play as normal, but is immune to damage.

      Expected Results:
      The player should respawn correctly.
