Crashes in MCPE 2018

      This is a castrophe and Mojang doesn't have a technical support team, I've tried everything, but when I open MCPE, it shows the "Minecraft" logo and then crashes when making it to the main menu screen. I don't know what to do, I might have to get a refund.
