Scaffolding blocks are deleted when pushed by pistons

      The Bug
      Scaffolding blocks get deleted when pushed by a piston. They also can't be pulled back when using a sticky piston. Previously in 1.8 they could be pushed and pulled like any other block.

      *Steps to reproduce

      • Place a piston
      • Place a scaffolding block in front of it
      • Activate the piston
