My phone is the LG K10 NEW.

I'm having this problem since the scaffolding was added in minecraft for mobile. The problem is that when the player has the button jump on the arrows and crouch on the opposite side, (the arrows are on the left side and the crouch is on the right side) can not get down on the scaffolding can only up. I hope are can find a solution for that.
