      Description:
Deleting a world on Console B makes it still persist on Console A, until deleted manually on Console A. If the "deleted" world is opened, it reappears (via sync) on Console B. (During this process I've observed changes in file size.)

      Steps to reproduce:
Version 1.7.0 [Console A = Xbox One (first generation) Console B = Xbox One S]

      • Create a World on Console A (was created with no other worlds present on a test account)
      • Properly save and quit the world
      • Quit Minecraft (dashboard -> Minecraft -> Menu -> Quit)
      • Leave the console running to make sure it is able to upload the world to the cloud
      • Open the World on Console B (this world should appear automatically via sync)
      • Properly save and quit the world
      • Delete the world on Console B
      • Observe the world list is now empty on Console B or does not contain the world anymore (even after relaunching the game)
      • Quit Minecraft (dashboard -> Minecraft -> Menu -> Quit)
      • Leave the console running to make sure it is able to upload any changes to the cloud
      • Observe the world is still present on Console A even after relaunching the game / console.

      Expected results:
When deleting the world on Console B, it also gets deleted on Console A when the game has synced.

      Workaround:
Delete the world manually on both consoles.

      Additional steps:

      • Open the "deleted" (still persisting) world on Console A
      • Properly save and quit the world
      • Quit Minecraft (dashboard -> Minecraft -> Menu -> Quit)
      • Leave the console running to make sure it is able to upload any changes to the saves
      • Open the game on Console B and observe the "deleted" world has reappeared.

      Additional info:
A change of file size was observed during the additional steps. (I could not observe any changes or anything missing in the world at this point)

Deleting a world on one console and not opening that world again on the other, can cause worlds to appear on one console or not the other. I'm unsure if the "deleted" world will ever upload to the cloud, if not opened or copied again on Console A. And this world might disappear after a reinstall if not present in the cloud anymore.

Changing between consoles with the same account, will automatically sign out the account on the other device. No syncs are manually canceled during the reproduction.
