Powered Rail Issue

      The powered rails have stopped working. As shown in the picture, it's clearly powered, but nothing happens. I've even ran a Minecart over it and it acts like it's not powered. Also, this is for the Beta 1.8.0.11, but it wouldn't let me use that as an option.
