it happens when i finished placing the eye of ender and entered the end portal. Nothing happen, then i tried to fight with ender dragon and collect some dragon's breath. Still same, no achievement notification appears and when i check it, it's still locked

note that i play it in survival mode (peaceful difficulty) with no cheats
