Extreme lags when go any source of water especially ocean and lag in world generation

      I am playing minecraft pe 1.7.0.9 BETA it lags too much when you are swimming in ocean and worls generation. Its model is Huawei Rio_L01. It have 3GB of RAM it shouldn't be like this.So please fix this. Thank you!
