Playing multiplayer LAN, hosted on XBox One S, second player on Windows 10. Both on beta 1.7.0.5.
Lag while mining is incredible - after first block of continuously mining, the "spreading cracks" animation doesn't appear on blocks - they just disappear (with no animation), but mined block doesn't drop immediately. I did a row of 40+ end stone, and turned around and watched the "pop" animation and dropped end stone appear behind me, slowly getting closer and catching up with me - I'm guessing it took at least 30 seconds, it felt more like a minute, to watch the phantom "pops" and item drops from the blocks I'd mined. Other player mining planks with axe saw similar behavior - "Pop" animation and item drop happened far later than usual, sometimes after several other blocks have been mined.
Quit game, closed, and restarted - behavior was identical. Not as bad with single player, but barely playable when mining with two players connected via LAN.
Later, both players in main world (not end), I was in a room with 5 zombies and a medium slime - attacking slime created two smaller slimes, who then seemed to be invincible - could not hurt slimes or zombies in the room. Zombies seemed unaware of my presence for a long time - until I started taking damage while they still seemed frozen. It's as though the same issues with mining were affecting my sword strikes - they weren't registering, or weren't showing they had registered, in real time.
Had seen some minor lag while mining with 1.7.0.3 (probably same/similar to MCPE-31596 but this is LAN - not Realms, if that makes a difference) - but not this bad - this is worse. In that case, sometimes a block you thought you'd mined would reappear - you had to be careful about going too fast as blocks would reappear in front of you. This is different - block disappears, but hasn't really finished the animation and item drop process.
