Sometimes when I exit one of my Minecraft worlds, it starts glitching really badly and after pressing the "Save and Exit" button a few times, it puts me in one of my other worlds. It doesn't happen every time I exit a world; it happens randomly, so every and now and then it glitches and puts me in another world instead of the main menu, where it's supposed to bring me.
