      Summary:
When mobile / touch users using the Classic UI tap an item in their inventory, the item description / tooltip covers the hotbar. The description should instead show just next to the selected item.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Launch the game on a touch screen device (eg Android or iOS)
      2. Select the Classic UI option (Settings>Video>UI Profile>Classic)
      3. Load a world
      4. Open the inventory or a chest
      5. Tap an item
      6. Notice the position of the tooltip

      Observed Results:
The tooltip for the selected item is positioned just over the hotbar, obscuring any items behind it.

      Expected Results:
The tooltip should not cover the hotbar, and should be positioned next to the selected item, depending on where that is in the inventory or chest. (Or at least it should be above the hotbar, as it is in the Pocket UI)

      Screenshots/Videos attached: Yes
