Downwards flowing water does not appear to be flowing downwards when viewed through glass

      Possibly a result of fixing MCPE-11140.

      When downwards-flowing water is seen through glass, one would expect it to still be visually flowing downwards. However, it renders a still water texture, which should only appear if the water itself is not flowing.
