kill falling block does nothing

      Description

      1. Create a falling gravel block high above the player using setblock for example
      2. While the gravel block is falling, run the command /kill @e[type=falling_block]
      3. Observe the log message "Killed Falling Block"
      4. Observe that the gravel block continues falling and reaches the ground
      5. Observe that the gravel block stays on the ground and remains in the game
