Bubble column water only flows by one block

      At the top of Soul Sand water column the water will only flow out one block from top source block.

      If I place solid block (redstone lamp) where I want the stream, and water source on top of it then delete the solid block it will flow fine. I can even delete the top water source, it turns where block was into water source.
