I purchased City Life Package on Minecraft using mine coins on both my account and my sons and it charged me but will not download. I only purchased it on both accounts to see if it was only failing on my sons because of his age restricted account and found out it wouldn't download on my account either. Please help me figure this issue out as my son really wants to play it. Thank You.
