While playing survival mode on the Xbox One I placed the 12th and final ender eye around the perimeter of the end portal, but the portal did not activate and there was no black starry layer to transport me to the end. I had some cobblestone and a torch in the center when the portal was activated which might have caused an issue. Is there a way to take out an eye and place it again to try activating it again?
